Recipe # 9 Spinich-Artichoke Dip



INGREDIENTS:
• 2 packages Cream cheese ***I use Neufchatel cheese
• 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella
• 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup skim milk
• 2 packages frozen spinach - thawed and patted dry
• 14 ounces artichoke hearts - cut in 1" pieces
• 1 clove of garlic minced or 1 tsp garlic powder

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place first 5 ingredients in a microwave- and ovenproof dish with lid (such as corningware). Heat in microwave for one minute or until all ingredients are easily incorporated.

Mix the spinach, garlic and artichoke heart pieces into the cheese mixture. Bake 50 minutes covered, then 10 minutes uncovered. Allow to cool.
Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips.
