Recipe # 16 Ham Casserole

Ham Casserole

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 Cups cooked ham—cubed or cut into strips
• 1 Cup of cooked rice
• 1 Can cream of celery soup
• 1Cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 Tablespoon of onion powder
• ½ Cup light sour cream

DIRECTIONS:
Cook rice and cut ham into bite-sized pieces. Mix all ingredients together and bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 4.

  2. My grandmother always said it's not about what you eat, it's about how much you eat. Better food quality ought to be more satisfying than premade diet fare. Of course, she was also the one to serve me seconds so.... ;-)
